We are looking for interns for our school in Madrid to work on administration, marketing and customer service, both in person and telephone. It is an unpaid internship program, but we offer all the training you need and excellent working environment.

We offer:

A 4-week intensive Spanish language course
The internship is not remunerated. Travel and accommodation expenses are paid by the student.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER OR VIDEO MAKER!

If you are a professional photographer or student of photography and would like to spend between two to four weeks in Madrid (preferably from January to March or from June to September) learning Spanish at our language school, we are offering you the opportunity to do this at TANDEM in exchange for carrying out a number of projects for our marketing department. We offer a 2 or 4-week Spanish intensive course, depending on the duration of your internship and the amount of work to be done. Send us your ideas on how to photograph winter or summer in Madrid and how to convey the atmosphere in our school to the world.

MARKETING EXPERT SPECIALISED IN SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

If you are a professional specialised in Social Media Marketing, we are offering you the opportunity to spend between four and eight weeks in Madrid learning Spanish at our language school while doing an internship in TANDEM MADRID’s marketing department. We offer a 4 to 6-week Spanish intensive course, depending on the duration of your internship and the amount of work to be done.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – ASIA

Tandem Madrid is looking for a support staff member for its international marketing division to help with Business Development in Asia, primarily in China, Japan and Korea.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include assistance with the drawing up and implementation of the strategic sales plan and the development of a network of contacts from education and private institutions in order to increase sales in the region.

We are looking for people with at least one year’s sales experience in B2B channels, in addition to experience in the carrying out of needs analyses and the creation of a compelling value proposition that addresses issues which are critical to the business. Strong channel management skills. Multicultural experience – has worked in different countries, in a multinational corporation, or has lived or studied abroad.

Fully fluent in English; Chinese or Japanese a plus.
Must be independent, enthusiastic, have an entrepreneurial spirit and relish the challenge of working in an international environment.
