Madrid de los Austrias (The Madrid of the Austrians or the Habsburgs), is part of the Spanish capital initiated by the monarchs of the House of Austria, from the reigns of Charles I and especially Philip II, which established the Court in Madrid in 1561 . It is probably the most touristic area of the capital with monuments including the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Almudena Cathedral, Royal Palace, and many others.
After the visit we will have a chocolate with churros, very typical in Madrid.
