Every year we welcome at TANDEM Madrid a group of students from Malmö, Sweden, who come with their teachers Carlos Cea and Kenneth Jansson.
They have been with us from Tuesday 2 to Saturday 6 May 2017, as part of our programmes for school, college and university groups.
The ten students and their teachers have had a programme of general Spanish classes as well as DELE exam preparation classes from 9.30 to 14.00. Its programme of Spanish classes is complemented by a carefully designed cultural programme so that students continue their immersion in Spanish culture outside the classroom and experience Madrid as “madrileños” do.
They went to a flamenco class in the heart of Lavapiés, Madrid’s most intercultural neighbourhood and the birthplace of flamenco. Of course, if you come to Madrid and you are a football fan, a visit to the Santiago Bernabéu is a must.
And why not visit one of the most beautiful and best preserved palaces in Europe, the Royal Palace of Madrid.
All the activities are guided by our guides, Spanish teachers, art experts, etc…
The programme ended with an evening of language exchange organised by TANDEM at The Traveller bar in the famous Malasaña neighbourhood.
