Laura Manzano

Hello, my name is Laura Manzano. I have a degree in Social Sciences, Sociology and Social Education, as well as being a Superior Technician in Sociocultural Entertainment and a DELE examiner.
I arrived in Istanbul 17 years ago and decided to get trained in ELE teaching at the Instituto Cervantes, through training courses, workshops and seminars. I started working as a Spanish teacher, with children and adults. There I worked for 5 years at the Cervantes Institute and for 11 years in different educational institutions.

Life took me to live in Italy, Naples, for another five years. I worked at the Cervantes Institute and in public schools, primary and secondary, as an ELE conversation assistant. In all this time, I have worked mixing my passion for Social Education and teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

I arrived at TANDEM in 2021 and here I have found a very familiar environment that enriches me every day. I love working here, I love my profession and I love getting to know people from all over the world.
