As every year, we were once again visited by students from the I.S.I.T.P.S., Istituto Statale di Istruzione Tecnica Professionale e Scientifica ‘Einaudi’, from Italy who come to Madrid with their teachers Mikaela Mercanti and Domitilla Nucci, as part of a programme of language immersion groups in Madrid. Spanish course and internship in Spanish companies in various sectors.
This year the students have enjoyed Spanish classes 3 days a week combined with cultural activities and internships in companies in Madrid, such as Casa Patas or the hotel group Vinotium.

Gentlemen:
First of all I wanted to thank you for the availability and everything you did for us. It has been an unforgettable experience that has changed me a lot. I have discovered a new world, that of the city, and also new cultures and traditions. There in Madrid there is a more open mentality, with people who give respect and don’t judge. It is a city as big as it is safe and this surprised me.
In the classes I have learnt new terms, dishes and everything that is correct to say when working as a waitress, because the first thing we have to do is to establish contact with the client and understand what he/she wants (not only at the level of food). The teachers have always been kind, curious and helpful.
In three weeks I have overcome much of my shyness and this was one of my main goals.
