Newsletter of the TANDEM Foundation, October 2016

Red TANDEM

The TANDEM Foundation (TANDEM Fundazioa), based in Donostia / San Sebastián (Spain) is the owner of the TANDEM® trademark and offers teacher training, research and licensing of the TANDEM method. It was the forerunner of the TANDEM International network of schools, of which we are part.

In their October 2016 newsletter, they bring us news about the TANDEM methodology, about its dissemination around the world and about the Foundation itself.

In relation to the methodology, TANDEM brings us the advances in the use of the Matorix programme, through the experiences of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and the Institute of Languages of the University of Seville. They also address the issue of reciprocal correction in a Spanish-English tandem exchange via
e-mail supported by videoconferencing.

The TANDEM in the world section includes the repertoire of papers from the TANDEM Congress 2015 at the University of Seville, as well as a preview of the TANDEM meeting in Paris in 2017.

We will also learn about the Foundation’s progress in the use of new technologies, such as webinars and Matorix.

Part of the newsletter is written in German, you can translate it using Google Translate.
