At TANDEM Madrid we have received a group of Norwegian teenagers who have come to the school to learn Spanish and experience Spanish culture up close. Anette Haugen, Spanish teacheen.txtr in Norway and leader of the group, tells us about her experience in TANDEM Madrid and in the city:
“We loved our stay in Madrid, both in the city and at the TANDEM school. The students especially enjoyed living with the host families because in this way they experienced the culture from the inside, eating the Spanish food, during the Spanish time, etc. We also really liked the school and the Spanish classes; the kids have learned a lot and are very satisfied with the teachers because they are very prepared and they use very attractive and dynamic interactive methods to motivate the students. We loved TANDEM’s location because it is right in the center, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, so this has saved us a lot of time on transport. We also highlight the TANDEM building, which is very beautiful, as a magical corner of Madrid. Finally, we are very grateful for the friendliness with which we have been treated by the school staff, they have taken very good care of us. If there is any problem it is very easy to contact the school. So there’s no doubt we’ll repeat with TANDEM again. Thank you and see you soon, TANDEM Madrid!
