Alessandro Ioio has come from Italy to TANDEM Madrid with a group of students from the Istituto Statale di Istruzione Superiore “Carlo Urbani” for internships in hospitality, within the framework of the European program Erasmus +. Thus, they have had the opportunity to enjoy 3 weeks of Spanish classes and 3 weeks of internship in restaurants in Madrid He has done the internship at the Kupela Restaurant, another of his colleagues in Grupo Vinotium and two others in the restaurant El Circo de las Tapas and in the restaurant Malpica.

My name is Alessandro and I come from Italy, I had this 3-week experience here in Madrid, where I am studying food and wine, and attending the hotel in my city, and I am learning the traditions of Spanish cuisine, and I also took this Spanish course here at TANDEM in Madrid. It was a very nice experience, where I learned both cooking, but also deepening Spanish.
