On the 2nd of June we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of Germans living in Madrid and studying Spanish at our school. Along with them, some German students also attended, eager to meet native speakers and put into practice what they have learnt in class through one of our TANDEM language exchanges.
The purpose of this meeting was to encourage exchange between them, to put people in contact with each other who have similar interests, at least linguistic interests. Afterwards, during the meeting we realised that we shared many other things besides languages and so it was a great evening with great people.
TANDEM would like to thank all the participants and would like to meet again in future exchange meetings. Now, we hope that these groups created and these contacts between you will continue and that you will be able to continue sharing experiences beyond our courtyard.
